The Challenge: In 2026, Filevine introduced a completely new visual identity. Michael Moulton, VP of Brand, reimagined the logo, color palette, and foundational brand guidelines — and then it was time to implement.
Teams were unsure how to apply it across campaigns. Motion hadn’t been defined. Large-scale environments like trade shows and sponsorships had no clear rules. And at the same time, Filevine was preparing to launch something even bigger: LOIS — the Legal Intelligence Operating System, the transformation from SaaS to an AI company.
My role was to bridge that gap — and turn a brand refresh into a living, scalable system.
Brand Context: Quick Guidelines Overview
Trade Show Rollout
Trade shows were one of the first real tests of the new brand. I worked alongside Michael and Matt to turn the updated identity into a system the team could actually use — especially when timelines were tight.
Our first goal was introducing LOIS to customers. We developed a visual language that helped tell that story clearly across the booth, large-scale graphics, and motion content. The result was an experience that felt unified, modern, and aligned with where Filevine was headed.
Launching LOIS — The Legal Intelligence Operating System
Filevine’s move to being an AI-first platform.
Worked alongside leadership and outside partners to refine how LOIS was introduced visually. This included creating the logo intro for the launch and implementing the AI in-app loader and motion animations across the product and marketing experience.
Motion became a key part of how LOIS communicates intelligence. Not flashy for the sake of it — but intentional, subtle, and system-driven. It wasn’t decoration. It was part of the product’s personality.

Bouncing ideas off our CD and VP of brand, I developed the visual identity for the announcement of LOIS. This was the asset used at our CEO's speaking engagements, digital announcements, and morel.

In-App SVG Animation
I worked closely with engineering to bring the AI loader to life in the Filevine platform. Using Lottie animations, we built a smooth, detailed loader that looks great even at small sizes like 60×60 px.

The LOIS cube signals AI activity across the application, letting users know when the system is present.

Utah Jazz & Mammoth Sponsorship: A large responsibility was managing the digital assets used with our sponsorships. I worked directly with the team at S.E.G. to deliver high-profile graphics.
